Yes dear , if you managed to get 650 marks then you have very good chances of getting a seat in many top government medical colleges where fee structure is nominal, If I tell you about the cheapest medical college then its Maulana Azad Medical College , the annual tuition MBBS course fee for the All India quota seats is lowest in Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi (INR 240/- annually, so fee here is nominal. If you want to get a seat in Maulana Azad Medical College then you should target around 680, for example cut off marks for Maulana Azad Medical College was 662 marks .i.e. all india rank of 62 under all India quota in the year 2018.
