if i will get admission in br ambedkar medical college then after completing 5 years course then for practicing do i need to give mci exam
Hello Shubha
It is compulsory to give MCI exam whether an Indian student have done mbbs in india or in abroad.
After clearing MCI Screening Test, the students need to carry out 1 year of internship to fulfill the eligibility criteria. If not done, the students will remain to be unemployed in India.
This MCI test is conducted twice in a year and has no negative marking and no bars on the number of attempts.
good luck
Hey.. you dont need to give the MCI screening test after you have completed your MBBS from India, however for all those students who did their MBBS from countries like Canada, New Zealand, Australia, they will have to give the mci screening test known as FMGE then only they will be able to work.
