If I write neet exam .confirmly will I get a medical seat in any one of the medical colleges?

Hello,
Its depends and depends totally on you rank and marks.Likewise if you want to get into a government medical college then you will have to score marks above 550 to get admission and similarly you will get colleges according to rank and marks.

Actually the process in the NEET is first of all you should prepare the ncert books and some of the reference books and also confirmation of seat will depends upon the score you will get based on the category and also competition in that particular year if you score above 400+ marks the chances of getting seat in medical is more for sure

Dear Rakshita,
In order to get a medical college seat , you'll need to work hard and secure good marks. Giving NEET exam doesn't confirm your seat but your hard work and marks does. To get admission in AIIMS, you need to give AIMS exam, it doesn't come under NEET. Other medical test you can opt for is JIPMER.
