If IIT is better or NEET is better for life?

Hi dear,
IIT and NEET are entirely different.
If you are interested in medical field and aspire to become a doctor, go for NEET.
Whereas if you are interested in engineering , go for IIT.
Si,it entirely depends on you,your skills and your interest ,which field to choose.
Seeing the difficulty level,
NEET, ofcourse is tough, but compared to JEE,NEETis quite simple. On the whole, it is easier to become a doctor than an engineer atIIT.
