Shruti, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories is as follows:
General Category: 473
SC: 372
ST: 230
SE: 408
As mentioned, these are 2018 cut offs and we do not have 2019 cut offs yet. Now cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no,of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Gujarat has self financed Medical Colleges but even their cut offs were greater than 450 for 2019. So, if you belong to General Category and score 480, unfortunately it might be tad less for Govt. Medical College. You need to aim atleast for 550 and above. But on the other hand if you belong to Reserved Categories, you will need atleast 500. Hii
Last year the cutoff of these two goverment college under state quota was as follow-
M P Shah Medical College- 478 marks
Government Medical College Bhavnagar- 473 marks
Except these government college, all had higher cutoff then your 480, so it seems you may have chance in these two college.
