Dear aspirant,
No ,it is only valid for state exam. To get it valid for JEE counselling same certificate is to be signed from sub divisonal officer (SDO) of your district or district officer. Then it can be used for JEE counselling.
But you are belonging to sub devision of district then it is issued by S.D.M. of your city.

correction in form is available for you but you can't correct your form so,
Don't worry you will show your caste certificate issued by S.D.O. or S.D.M. in the time of counselling and documents verification

if I will show certificate issued by SDO then will i be getting seat on the basis of obc OR there be any problem occur there🙏🙏🙏
