If l get 450 marks in NEET 2018;can l get a government seat

It depends on which category you belong to and the seat matrix of your state.
Although 480-500 is safe zone for admission through state quota, you are still not in the danger zone either.
Finally , it also depends a lot on relative performance other examinees which is unclear until the publication of result .
