If management quota seat not fill up after mopup round then it will be transfer to open or not ?

Hope you are doing well. If the seats under the management quota doesn't fill under the mopup round then either they are left vacant only or yes they are then open for all. But that purely depends on the college as the admission on the management seats is completely excercised by the concerned college authorities.
