If my all India rank is 700000 then can I get mbbs seat

Sorry but with these marks you won't be able to secure a seat in either govt or private medical colleges. The cutoff is very high and so it the competition and the seats are very limited you need to have a better ranking to get a medical college. Don't get disheartened and better luck next time.
