If my marks are not good in 12th Cbse Can i give improvemnet and after passing with good marks can i appear for neet and aiims with imp mark

Yes you can definitely do that. This is because the criteria of minimum marks is fixed, so you would not be alloted a seat if you don't fulfill the condition of board marks,even if you qualify the examination. So if this year you were unable to score good in boards, try your best in the next year and don't lose hopes.
