sc certificate can be used in all india counseling as it has issued by the central government , so it can used to get you admission in another state if you are getting college in another state by jee mains, and not by the any another state cet .

SC certificate can be used all over India. It need not be only used at the place where you were issues with the certificate only.
Sc category ka certificate aapke jee advanced 2019 k form filling time par kam aayga... or aap k admission k time par bhi kam aayga....
