If neet exam not cleared then what can i do ?

If you dont clear neet exams, you can't get into an admission into a medical college.
You can give an attempt next year.

It depends upon you.. if you want to give a try again, then take a drop of 1 year prepare for neet ug exam, and be in the merit list to get a mbbs seat in govt. Medical college through all india quota or state quota counselling. .
Or else you can go for vaious other courses like Bsc, Biotechnology, B.pharma etc etc.

Find your passion.Find the reason Why do you want to do MBBS?
If you have that much passionate about medical field,then work really hard.There is no short cut route to clear NEET ug...
But,if you are not prepared for it mentally 100%
Then don't waste your valuable year and get into a graduation course.
Believe me,in this era of technology you just have to find your passion.If you are can find any stream,then you will definitely succeed in that field.
