Dear Aspirant,
If you do not have OBC certificate then you will be considered as a general category student and hence you could apply for admission on these general category seats as a general candidate. You have to give up the reservation which you will be entitled to if you have the OBC certificate.
However, if you are applying for a course where OBC quota will be very beneficial to you, then I suggest you must get your made before the due date of admissions.
