if our jee is not clear and we got abot 62 percentile and then we can do b.tech cource or not

Yes you can do B.Tech course. You can apply in Private Enginering colleges. Many Private engineering colleges conduct their own entrance exam every year like VITEEE,MANIPAL,SRM etc.;also many private colleges take direct admission through 12 marks also.
Start preparing for those exams and don’t lose your hope.

do not worry as there is till an april attempt left and you can do your b.tech courses from other reputed engineering college too such as SRM,BITS,VITEEE MANIPAL etc there are many institutes which conduct their own entrance exam. You can also appear for COMEDk which lead you too the top reputed engineering colleges of karnataka and this is very easy exam with no negative marking.
