If you are in General category or even OBC then you are not qualified for the advance as to qualify for the advance you must have atleast 75-80 percentile (Considering General).

No you have no chances of qualifying jee mains based on your jee mains percentile if you are a general or obc category student.
You need to have at least 95 around percentile to get admission in NITs.
