If some college is alloted to me in second round of neet ug counselling & I want some other so Can I fill form of upgradation for mop-up round?

the option for ugradation is not available for mop up round. If in the second round you do not take the seat then your deposited security fee will be fortified and you will be able to fill fresh choices in mop up round.
if incase you take the seat in the alloted college you wont have the option of upgradation.
