If I am alloted a college in Neet state counselling in 1st around and if I join and give willingness for upgradation. Am I eligible to participate in 2nd round or mop up round of All India counselling ? I didn't get any college in 1st round of All India counselling. pls ans ASAP!

If you have registered yourself for the first round of counseling you can sit in the second round too. If you haven't been allotted a college in the first round, yes you can sit in the 2nd and mopup round. If you have been Allotted a college in the 1st round and want an upgradation, yes you can sit in other rounds but please know that Once you get a seat in another college, whether you like it or not, your seat in the first college will automatically be cancelled and given to someone else.
