if some one does not get chance in jee advanc and even score very less in jee mains ,can he take admission in b-tech in mnit/nit in india

Well, admission into any of the NITs across India is done only through Jee Mains followed by JOSAA COUNSELING. So there is no other options for getting admission into NITs or IIITs. But you can apply for other deemed universities and government engineering colleges accepting JEE MAINS score at the time of counseling.
