if someone's general rank is approx 1000 in jee advance then what is his obc NCL rank. on the basis of last 5 years trend

The category rank will be anywhere between 100-500 if the All India Rank is around 1000 in JEE Advanced. The actual rank may vary after the result as it depends on the total number of candidates belonging to your category appeared for JEE Advanced, highest score, lowest score, tie breakers etc so the category rank is subjected to change.
