The answer to your question is NO.
As you cannot get admission through your JEE Advanced or jee Main exam when you don't exceed the minimum requirement of 75% in CBSE or similar state board level exam in 10+2 class.
Getting a fair rank is not enough in engineering exams. You also have to get 75% or more maks at school level.
