if student gives improvement in 2018 in three subjects then top 20 percentile of which year will be considered?

Top20 percentile is based on minimum narks aggregate marks marks for each board in 12th.

So if you improve exam scores and best of both scores are considered

The totl is then taken and shoukd be above minimum specified aggregate marks of board as per top20 percentile cutoff to get considered ahead.
