if student not reach in practical exam other process to give practical exam

It is mandatory in almost all Board exams to clear the practicals in order to clear the entire exam. Kindly contact your school and Board with valid reason and see if they can do anything about it and help you out. Otherwise, I'm afraid to say that you might have to appear for the exam again in the next academic year, which is by losing a year.
