Look they will not check your total percentage, they will check your pcm percentage.
According to KCET eligibility criteria :
The candidates should have secured atleast 45% aggregate marks in the three subjects(physics, chemistry, maths) in 12th standard examination.
So if you fulfil the criteria you will definitely get the seat.
