No. You need to be 17 Years old to be eligible for Neet Exam.

Minimum Age Requirement-

17 years as on December 31, 2018.

Candidates must be born on or before January 1, 2002.

For getting admission in college through neet in any year you must be 17 yrs old or till the end of respective yr in which you give your exam.
