If the GMR in WBJEE is approximately 46k, and the candidate had applied through OBC category, is it fruitful to register for counselling?

Don't get demoralised for this rank. One with 46K rank should apply for counselling as because there ar more than 36K seats excluding the ones under management quota and many students don't accept a seat through counselling. So, the one with 46K rank will surely get a college. He/she will not get government college but a seat in standard private college can be grabbed by the candidate.
