If there is not good marks in mbbs then which is best in paramedical courses in now and future

my daughter passed 12 in 18,then three time done exam in neet 2019,2020,2021 marks got 230,251 and now 294. Now AIR is 355403,OBC NCL rank is 153037. total percentile is 76.91. Ques-1 Can I get admission in India for MBBS. 2.Have to go in BDS/BAMS ,If there is good future. please tell.
