    Hello,

    Yes the fee will get refunded to you incase you do not join the allotted college even in mop up round.It will be refunded after a span of fourteen days.You can read more details or FAQs here: https://www.mcc.nic.in/MCCSS/Documents/RevisedFAQsSS882019.pdf
