if we are clear that which college we want so on the basis on upsee rank can I direct take admission in that college without attending counseling

Hello, if you are going through a uptu colleges through counseling then you have to attend counseling means you have to apply for counseling, pay fees for counseling online and other counseling process.

Directly assuming that you can get a college  by just   seeing cutoff without applying for counseling is not possible.

If you have given UPSEE and want to take admission in the participating institutes of UPSEE then for that you must have to attend the UPSEE counselling 2020.
Now if you want direct admission without attending counselling then you can get in some private colleges of uptu which accept admission via counselling or by management quota. But if you are thinking that you can get direct admission in any government college, then it's not possible.

You can get some good private colleges like Ajay kumar Garg, jss noida, etc by management quota if you don't want to attend upsee counseling. But you have to pay higher than because the fees of management quota is higher than others.
So, according to me attend upsee 2020 counseling.
