If we get a seat in first round of all india quota neet ug, and I don't want it. Can I go into stray vacancy round, if I don't get any seat in further rounds?

Yes, all registered candidates except the following categories are eligible for stray round of Deemed/ Central Universities:-
a) Candidates who joined the allotted seat in Round II of AIQ/ Deemed/ Central Universities.
b) Candidates who were allotted a seat in Mop-Up Round
c) Candidates who joined a seat in Mop-Up Round
