Is stray vacancy round in neet held on state level or all India level?
Dear Sir / Ma'm, mop up round is held state wise as well as All India. If you want to participate in the 15 % All India quota counselling mop up round, you have to register yourself with MCC from the very first round of counselling. If you want to participate in the state mop up round, then you have to register yourself with the state counselling.
