    Dear aspirant,

    It totally depends on the counselling process, if it mentions that any of the students who have got selected in previous rounds are eligible to appear in spot round or next round counselling, then you are eligible to apply.

    you did not mention which of the admission process or counselling process you intend to know. however if you have any more query may ask in comment section.

    Rajesh H see coaps is not a portal to apply for m.tech, you have to apply separately for each institute, in official brochure of 2020, there is nothing mention that candidates can not select others colleges if reject in any interview. you can choose retain and wait option for better opportunities. follow the link to know details of COAP process:http://coap.iitm.ac.in/pdfs/COAP%202020_IB.pdf
