If we got rank 50000 in iit advance will i get better nits

NITS take admission on basis of jee mains rank not jee advanced ranks.
IT doesn't matter how much rank you get in Jee Advanced to get admission in NITS. To get admission in nits you need good jee mains rank.
If you have jee mains rank under 10000.
You will get good NITS for this rank.
And also good branch. Hope it helps.
In addition to jee main score you need to get 75% in 10+2 examination or be in top 20 percentile of your respective board.
