Seeing your score and previous year cuttoff of medical college,you seems not elligible for private Medical College.Also chance of getting private dental college with this score seems less.You need 400+ for goverment Medical College in nagaland through state quota.

I think the number 124 is your marks in NEET exam and you didn't specified about any caste reservation I think with that marks and no reservation you may not get any government medical colleges but you can contact government medical for a seat in management quota I hope this helps
