Hey Yerramshetty Sai Lakshmi,
Aspirants had appeared for CAT in Nov 2018. IIM Nagpur is a newly established IIM which is why it is conducting its Group Discussion and Personal Interview process this late. However, all other iims take into account work experience until the months of July-August 2018 as well.
