Hey Abhishek,
There are about seven rounds conducted in Josaa Counselling (Can vary).
If you have freezed a seat in Josaa Counseling in any round for any College, then you have to wait till all the rounds of the JOSAA counseling ends and afterwards you have to directly report at the alloted College with your original Documents and Payable fee for admissionto the university.
