I'll be graduating next year with an honours in sociology, with an approx 85%, so can I apply for a three years LLB course??

Hey Asesh.
The eligibility criteria for admission in various institutes for the course of LLB is different. But in most of the colleges it is a minimum of 50% marks in the undergraduate degree from a recognised institution. Hence, considering that you have scored around 85% aggregate in the UG degree you will be eligible to take admission in a 3 year LLB course.
Other than that your chances for admission will depend on the rank you get in the respective entrance tests.

Ues you are eligible to apply for LLB course post your graduation is completed.
Minimum 45%in entrance exam for collegr you are applying is must.
For some University minimum age is 21 to appear fkr LLB entrance exam.
