The age limit has been waived off as of now according to the latest Supreme Court judgement. For 2020, NTA has not yet given any age limit.
As, you must know regarding Educational Qualification, since you have already given the exam. So, I'm not going that way.
And, coming to Number of Attempts, there is no limit to the number of attempts that a candidate can appear as long as he/she fulfills other eligibility criteria of NEET 2020.
