Yes, you are definitely eligible for the CA foundation course because there are no such criteria for marks in class 12th. It just requires a student who is 12th passed to be eligible for appearing in CA foundation exams.
However, it is advisable to get a good score in their respective class 12th because the course is almost similar to +2 and foundation CA.
