I'm a female I have general ews my rank is 61476 can I get a rank in nit/iiit/gfts

Hi,
The cutoff is different year by year .As you mentioned your rank is 61476 in ews category and at this rank it is quite difficult to get admission in IIIT, NIT and GFTS. You can participate in the jossa counselling process ,if luck works you can get seat in iiit or NIT.
