In every state there will be reservation according to the state government reservation policies.
AFMC (Armed Forces Medical College) which is one of the prestigious medical colleges has no reservation for Physically Handicapped category candidates
Reservation for Physically Handicapped
Only 3% seats at an All-India level are reserved for candidates suffering from any physical disability. The reservation of seats for this category is as follows:
Candidates who have any kind of loco-motor disability and have the percentage disability falling between 50 to 70% can get a seat allotted under the scheme.
If the seats reserved for loco-motor disability candidates remain unfulfilled, then these will be transferred to candidates with disability of 40 to 50%.
A certificate issued by a government body indicating the level of disability has to be produced before the assessment board.
Hope you will get some help.
