According to your education qualification you can consider Psychology in master degree and pursue in Clinical Psychology field because If you did MHa programme than there will be fight in term of salary because Hospital do prefer Medical background students.

To get admission in hospital Management, You will need to appear MBA entrance test like CAT, MAT, CMAT, SNAP etc. or any state level CET. Then according your score you can apply for colleges where you willing to pursue your admission of MBA in Hospital Management.
