I'm a resident of bihar and RCG. Can i get in this with 400 neet score ?

Sorry but with this score you won't get a seat even under state quota. The cutoff for Bihar goes high and you need to score good to be on the safer side of securing a seat in a state like Bihar.
Remember the better your scores are the better your chances are of getting a govt medical college of your desire
