    Hi lovjot,

    If you are going to apply for state quota counselling of any state you should have the certified domicile of that state on the day of reporting to the college you get through the counselling process.

    If you have the jammu state domicile or bonafide then you can apply for state quota counselling there.

    Sir i have domicile if j and k. But not done 12 from there.. Because my father was posted to Punjab so will i able to apply for state quota seats in j and k
