Just by marks predicting your rank is quite difficult because rank doesn't only deoend on how much marks you have scored but it also depends on certain other criterias like number of candidates appearing for NEET exam, difficulty level of the question paper, number of students scoring more than you, category to which you belong to .If you belong you general category your minimum cutoff percentile will be 50th percentile ,for PwD it is 45th percentile and for reserved category it is 40th percentile. Talking about last year for SC opening rank for mbbs seat in government college was94 and closing rank was 38653.

Hope this helps
with 288 marks in neet you can easily clear neet but you will not land in any government medical college with this much marks dear , its very low for getting a seat and you must be aware of the competition in neet .
For example, last year marks required in neet for Calcutta National Medical College and Hospital, Kolkata for sc category under state quota was 398 marks.
so unluckily you can not get a seat.
thankyou
Please feel free to ask your further queries if any.
