It would be difficult to provide you the exact information about your admission chances as cutoff varies every year depnding on the various factors like difficulty level of the exam, No. of Candidates appeared for the exam, performance of the candidates etc.
The counselling for remaining 50% state quota seats will be done by the respective state counselling authorities on the basis of scores obtained in NEET MDS. A separate merit list will be prepared after filling the application form by the candidates of the particular state.
