Dear Suhas, AP Medical seats are categorised into SVU,AU,OU areas. Candidates are given local benefits depending on the locale they belong to. You haven't mentioned the area you are locale to. Neverthless, under State Quota in 2018, under OC, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

SVU: 517
AU: 533
OU: 526

To be honest, 460 is a less score. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
