I'm an engineering final year student. Is there any University entrance exam for ME admission without gate score?

Yes - In addition to VITMEE, SRMJEE PG which are PG entrance exams, BITS also holds its own entrance test called BITS Higher Degree entrance exam. You could apply and appear for any one of them to pursue post graduation.

Yes there is....vit,srm,lpu,...and many more universities take their own entrance exams for admission into ME course.
