I'm currently doing my U.G in ECE stream,can i go with BIOTECH stream to score good marks to seat in IIT'S?

hello vijay,
yes, you can. maximum iits prefar gate rank, not the undergraduate degree. u need to study hard to appear for gate exam in biotech stream. you can give gate exam from any stream irrespect of your undergraduate degree stream. hope it helps.

But,if I select BT stream,If I failed to get a seat in IIT's,I can't go for the PSU'S.This is the major concern that I want to consider??

yes u need to consider this aiso. because many psu want the gate rank in the subject which u have studied in your ug degree. so think about it. and ece has far way better market in india compare to biotechnology, and u also find it difficult when preparing for gate in biotechnology, because most of the subjects will unknown to u. decision is your. think hard before preparing.
