I'm doing BE in ECE 4TH year, got seat through jee exam CBSA.can appear NEET exam?

NEET is the entrance examination for admission to Medical/Dental/Ayush and Veterinary Courses across India. For being eligible for NEET, you should have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as your subjects. Now its not clear if you mean Canada Border Services Agency when you speak of CBSA. If that is the case we are not sure of the process. But again if you have studied 10+2 or equivalent course and have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology, you are eligible for NEET. But if you havent studied these subjects but have studied them as additional subjects, even then you are eligible for NEET. Now there is no upper age limit for NEET.

Your question is little bit confusing as you mention here that you are doing b e in ECE that means you are PCM student and here you talk about Neet examination that is totally different type for Neet examination a candidate have to pass their 12th with bio subject but as I assume that you are a PCM student so how can you appear for Neet examination

..you can appear for Neet examination if you had bio as optional  subject in your class 12 clarify your questions why get you easily and answer you in proper way...
