I'm doing diploma in CE IN 4SEM. Pls tell me how should I study as books are not available at book stores and at lib too.... Pls help me if u can....if u can tell any notes/video online pls tell as my sessional's r from nxt week.

You can easily download PDF books nowadays, so please check once, you will definitely find them. Incase you don't, then you can ask your seniors.
Also, there are loads of YouTube channels that provide video lectures. You can go through your syllabus and find the videos on YouTube. Also, make sure you make notes from what you watch.
If you are okay with using standard books, than you can contact someone from different college in the same field. Most of Engineering books are similar in every college with respect to branches. Also, the books used by bachelor's and diploma students are also the same usually. So, kindly make these efforts and find them.

No seniors because it is a fresh/new polytechnic... And we are the one in all semester. The worst thing is staff is not complete (it's a govt polytechnic).
